United with the Resurrected Jesus
With our lives united with the resurrected Jesus, we are invited to be full participants in the timeless love story between God and his people.
With our lives united with the resurrected Jesus, we are invited to be full participants in the timeless love story between God and his people.
Our faith in God’s love for us must be more powerful—more resilient, more unshakeable, more real—than our faith in our circumstances.
May the poem of your life convey that every human heart, no matter how far from God we may feel that we are, can come into loving union with God through Christ.
In union with Jesus, we can wash feet—we can love one another in this way.
Apprentices of Jesus learn the way of love from the master, who lives in us and is teaching us his ways.
Union with God in Christ is the relational trajectory of the entire Bible.
Through Jesus, we are awakened to the Father’s love.
We work toward unity, with all his strength at work within us, until we see Jesus face-to-face.
We must celebrate our unity, demonstrate our unity, rehearse our unity—and do so with public joy!
