It may have been a different time, but it’s still the same story today: we’re all going to be a slave to something.

We are prone to think of insight as some kind of mystical quality possessed by the few. The truth is that insight comes to those willing to take the time to "see into" something or someone.

One doesn’t receive respect from seeking to be respected—this results merely in respectability.
