Christ is risen!

When we look back over our lives we need to see a trail of altars which serve as the pillars of our autobiography and way-finders for those coming in our wake.

We don't need churches with missions. We have a mission in need of churches.

Until we can cast aside the weakness of our willfulness, we will never be able to take hold of the strength of the Spirit's willingness.

We go to church to give, to make an offering of ourselves as a living sacrifice, to build up the Body of Christ.

The work of the Holy Spirit always begins on the inside and works its way to the outside. The tendency of the human spirit is to manage external appearances in order to mask internal realities.

The goal of the gospel is to redefine our relationship to God, to others, and even to ourselves.

Jesus is the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven. To encounter Jesus is to encounter the Kingdom.

We can trust God in the closing of doors as well as in the opening of them.
