Advent and Christmas provide great opportunities for outreach and gratitude. But how do we balance excellence with shrinking bandwidth? How do we communicate family in larger groups? Listen in as Aaron Saenz, Pastor of Valley Praise in Harlingen, Texas, shares part of his journey and the efforts of the church he leads this season.

Aaron Saenz was raised in Rio Grande City, TX and is a graduate of Perkins School of Theology. Aaron is Pastor of Valley Praise United Methodist Church of Harlingen and its newest campus in Santa Rosa, TX. Aaron also enjoys the outdoors, works as a High School sports broadcaster, serves as the Chair of the Community Development Advisory Board of Harlingen, speaks at conferences and training events, and works as a church consultant and coach. Aaron credits his formation to his faith, family, numerous and diverse jobs, his marriage and his support system.
