Good discussion and a needed one in youth ministry, professional and volunteer. I do think that you all would have benefitted from having someone who experienced a bad ending to share wisdom. Sometimes you are a good youth worker and they bring a box and tell you to pack your stuff and they will walk you to the door. It happens and there are things youth workers can do in that instance to help others involved. It felt like you all seemed to indicate only bad youth workers get fired and that isn’t always the case.
